A thorough health assessment occurs at the initial consultation to record a starting point to work from. We address major health and treatment objectives that the client wants to focus on.

Tests for pathology may also be requested and commencement of nutritional and naturopathic supplements are implemented if required.

Detailed discussion of diet and lifestyle topics are also brought to light and a meal plan is then formulated in preparation with booking a follow up consultation within 1-2 weeks of initial consult.

An individualised treatment plan is then formulated to ensure all measures are covered so you leave inspired, empowered and motivated to commence your wellness journey confidently.

 

Subsequent follow up consultations are booked depending on the clients' individual health goals.
